Having worked with Hayley for a number of years I can honestly say she is one of the most motivated people I have ever met. She is highly dependable and always happy to go that extra mile and give her all. Her ‘can do’ attitude and pride in her ability to get the job done make her the perfect candidate to ensure your legacy administration is being undertaken in line with charity regulations. With her excellent people skills and empathy she can deal with all aspects of you legacy workload in a professional and sensitive manner with the charities best interests always at heart.

Hayley helped us for several months and she has been a real
asset in this time. Her professionalism, knowledge and use of First Class is
exceptional and it has been a pleasure to work with her. Hayley was able to not
only deal with a range of cases at a high level but also assist with getting
First Class working harder for us, allowing better and more accurate reporting.
She has always had the best interest of the charity at the front of her mind
when dealing with cases and has gone above and beyond with the support she has
