Hayley provided urgent illness cover and was able to seamlessly integrate with our operating system, correspondence style, and other legacy caseworkers. She handled a substantial and varied caseload with ease, and was very professional throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on her services again if we find ourselves short-handed.
