Hayley helped us for several months and she has been a real
asset in this time. Her professionalism, knowledge and use of First Class is
exceptional and it has been a pleasure to work with her. Hayley was able to not
only deal with a range of cases at a high level but also assist with getting
First Class working harder for us, allowing better and more accurate reporting.
She has always had the best interest of the charity at the front of her mind
